KT Tape is built for performance that is every athlete’s dream for solving their pain and inflammation problems. It is a sports tape that can last up to 7 days and is synthetic-engineered performance fabric. KT Tape can wick moisture instead of absorbing it. It is a product that is trusted my professionals and Olympic athletes, trainers, and medical professionals.

After finding out that KT Tape was trusted by many professionals I decide to give this product a go. I purchased the KT Tape black precuts so I can apply them during training at the gym. I currently experienced a knee injury. Some of the pros for this product is that it allowed me to feel as if I was walk on a pillow with my ankle which is a recurrent injury spot. The tape didn’t stop my range of motion on my knee. It felt like a brace without limitations, and it also allowed me to stretch and do certain movements without hurting or stopping me. After 5 or 6 days of application the tape was still stuck on me. The parts that were starting to peel still had some adhesive intact. The cons of the product is that I sweat uncontrollably so the tape started to come off a bit but after my skin dried up the tape would stick again. The application is also not easy, but can be applied more easily with the help of someone else. Also, the precut tapes come longer than what I expected, but once I stretch the tape I can get more reach. Overall, I would say that this product is perfect for someone with a more active lifestyle.
