I decided to use Tiger Balm Large patches to avoid having the menthol scent transfer to my clothes and areas of my body. I applied the patch on my shin after each workout for a week and noticed a significant reduction in soreness throughout the week. However, I would have rather preferred a transdermal patch that would stick through the sweat. The smell of menthol did still transfer onto my clothes and body, but it wasn’t as strong as the rub. I would definitely recommend this product for those who want something to take the edge off. This product reduces pain and inflammation, but for moderate problems.
